Vegetarian restaurant – replica of a partly log-built cottage (Hlinsko)

The original cottage was in very poor structural condition, so it was demolished and replaced with a replica built to a low-energy standard. The cottage now houses a vegetarian restaurant with its own kitchen and bakery. Further information is available on the restaurant's website or on the website of Picas (clay plaster).
